13X分子筛去除废水中镍离子的性能研究

摘    要:研究了13X分子筛用量、吸附时间、溶液pH值、初始镍离子浓度对废水中镍离子去除效果的影响.结果表明,在25℃、pH=5.9、13X分子筛质量浓度10 g/L、吸附时间30 min时,对初始质量浓度小于250 mg/L的镍离子去除率均可达到98%以上.13X分子筛重复使用5次,对废水中镍离子的去除率保持不变,再生性能良好...

Abstract:13X molecular sieve was used to remove Ni2+ in wastewater.To obtain the optimum conditions of Ni2+ sorption on the 13X molecular sieve,the influence of experimental conditions(solution pH,adsorbent dose,contact time and Ni2+ ion concentration) was investigated.The results showed that more than 98% of Ni2+ could be removed by the 13X molecular sieve from the wastewater with initial Ni2+ concentration of 50 mg/L-250 mg/L at 25 ℃,pH=5.9,sorbent dose of 10 g/L and contact time of 30 min.13X molecular sieve exhibits good regenerability and its removal efficiency for Ni^2+ does not decrease within five recycles.
