| 摘 要： | 根据目前我国建筑业发展现状,总结了时代对建造师提出的要求,并论述了在建造师制度下,项目经理与职业经理人存在的相似性,最后指出评判一个建造师是否合格,不能仅从资质角度出发,其整体的人文评判考核也非常重要。
