| 摘 要： | 针对商住楼功能复杂多样的特点，以某商业公寓建筑项目为例，探讨了该工程消防设计中消火栓泵与自喷系泵的设置，火灾延续时间的确定，高位消防水箱容积的确定等问题，并结合相关规范给出了相应建议，对同类项目消防设计有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the features of the complicated functions of commercial and residential buildings, the paper taking some architectural pro- gram of some commercial flat as the example, explores the design for the hydrant bump and automation bump, the identification of lasting time of fire, and the identification of capacity of perch fire control box setting in the fire-fighting design of the project, and provides relative suggestions for relative regulations, so as to have the direction for the fire-fighting design of similar projects. |
