城市化进程中城缘村土地集约利用规划研究

分析了城缘村土地利用的现状,对存在的问题及其原因进行了初步探讨,提出了城缘村土地集约利用的对策,具体包括科学编制和严格实施规划、撤村并点、整理集体建设用地、实现土地的可持续利用,以期达到集约节约用地的目的。

Study on the land comprehensive use of urban-rural-integration village in urbanization

This thesis elaborates the present situation of the land comprehensive use in urban-rural-integration village, discusses the existent problems and the reasons preliminarily. Meanwhile it proposes countermeasures about the land comprehensive use of urban-rural-integration vil- lage, including scientific formulation and strict planning implementation, removing viUages and integration land, reorganization collective con- struetion land and so on, so as to achieve the goal of using land more economically and intensively.
