煤层气井排采工艺研究及现场试验

摘    要:针对华东分公司三个煤层气勘探区块的煤储层特点,从排采方式、排采方法优选、管柱结构及泵挂深度、配套工艺等方面对煤层气井排采工艺进行了深入研究。根据煤层气井排采机理,总结出了"三段制"排采工作制度,以获得较高的单井产能。应用上述研究成果,2009-2010年在三个煤层气勘探区块进行排采试验,取得很好的效果,延1井单井日产量达2 600 m3,织2井单井日产量达2 800 m3,两个区块获得工业气流重大突破。

Abstract:Based on the coal reservoir’s characteristics of the three CBM blocks currently under the exploration by East China Branch Company,this paper conducted a deep research on water drainage gas production technology of CBM wells from the fol lowing aspects: drainage production means,optimization of drainage production ways,pipe string structure,pump setting depth,matching technology and so on.According to the drainage production mechanism of CBM wells,this paper put forward the "three steps" drainage production work system to get higher single well productivity.Application of the above research fruits has achieved great success in drainage production tests carried out in the three CBM exploration blocks in 2009~2010.Breakthrough in the industrial gas flow of the two blocks was made with the daily output of well Zhi1 and well Zhi2 reaching 2 600 m3 and 2 800 m3respectively.
