空气源热泵加热集输工艺技术的应用

摘    要:空气源热泵机组已经广泛应用于工业生产、生活场所。该工艺特点,能够充分利用天然资源,保护环境,运行平稳,节电效果显著。苏北油田属小断块低渗透油藏,区块多,边远油井生产通常采用单管电加热伴热集输工艺技术,该工艺在运行中电能耗较大,为降低生产运行成本,寻找一种经济、节能的集输工艺,显得极为重要。空气源热泵加热伴热集输工艺首次在苏北XB油田应用,对工艺运行进行监测,系统效率系数COP在1.45~3.54之间。通过空气源热泵与锅炉、电加热工艺的能耗、效能比对分析认为,在XB油田是经济适用的。

Abstract:Air source heat pump units have been widely used in industrial production and living places with the characteristics of full utilization of natural resources,environment protection,stability and remarkable energy-saving effects.Reservoirs in northern Jiangsu oilfield are many small low-permeability fault blocks and the means of applying single-tube electric heating technology in gathering transportation process is often adopted in remote wells’production,but there’s large power consumption.In order to cut the costs,it’s critically improtant to find an economical and energy-saving heating technology for gathering transportation process.The application of air source heat pump heating in gathering transportation process was first carried out in XB oilfield in northern Jiangsu area,and the monitored COP of the system ranged between 1.45 ~ 3.54.Compared with the boiler and electric heating process from the aspects of energy consumption and efficiency,the new technology has proved economically applicable in XB oilfield.
