煤实验最短自然发火期定量测定方法研究

摘    要:为有效防治煤炭自燃,预测煤体最短自然发火期是非常必要的.以绝热圆柱形煤柱为物理模型,建立了煤实验最短自然发火期预测模型,利用实测的煤自燃基本参数,通过解算分析了漏风速度、粒度等参数对煤自然发火期的影响规律,最终准确测试了6个矿井不同煤体的实验最短自然发火期.结果表明:随漏风速度的增大,煤自然发火期先减小后增大;煤体粒度越小,最佳风速呈线性增大;随煤体粒度的增大,最佳风速条件下的自然发火期先减小后增大;煤体自燃倾向性越高,最短自然发火期越短;以张集肥煤为例,自然发火的最佳粒度为1~3mm,最佳漏风速度为0.001 1m/s,其实验最短自然发火期为26d.
