风机过滤单元生命周期能耗分析

摘    要:利用生命周期评价(LCA)方法对目前广泛应用于洁净厂房的风机过滤单元(FFU)进行了生命周期能耗分析,得出了一台FFU的生命周期能耗的组成以及各部分能耗所占比重。并从节能的角度出发,分析在一定工况下FFU高效(超高效)过滤器最优的更换周期使节能效益最好。对于FFU的能耗性能参数的获得,采用了FFU实验室测试方法。

Abstract:In this paper,the LCA method is used for analyzing the energy consumption of FFUs,which are widely used in cleanrooms.The component elements and their proportion of energy consumption for different stages in a life cycle of one FFU were studied.It was found that the optimal use time of HEPA/ULPA filter was the most important factor for LCA energy consumption.The related performance indexes for the FFU were got through laboratory test.
