赤马山铜矿分段矿房法试验研究

赤马山铜矿系中厚以上矿体,上盘中等稳固。采用浅眼留矿法开采时,贫化损失大,采矿强度低,难以适应当前生产要求。为改革采矿方法,试验用分段矿房采矿法,即将矿房设计成菱形,减小上盘围岩暴露面积,以此控制采场的稳定性。这种采矿法大幅度提高了采场生产能力,降低了矿石的贫化损失和采矿成本,对同类矿体开采提供了有益的经验。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON SUBLEVEL ROOM-AND-PILLAR MINING IN CHIMASHAN COPPER MINE

In Chimashan Copper Mine, the orebody is mid-thick and the rockmass in the hanging-wall is moderately stable. The shorthole shrinkage mining method was used before, however, this method was difficult to meet the production requirements due to severe ore dilution and ore loss, and low productivity.Therefore, as a technical renovation, the sublevel room-and-pillar mining system was tested in which the rooms were designed to be rhombic in order to minimize the exposure area of hanging wall-rocks and to assure the stope stability. The application of the sublevel room-and-pillar system has substantially raised stope productivity, reduced ore dilution and loss, cut mining cost, and offerred useful experiences for other similar orebodies mining.
