摘 要: | 功放组件是固态雷达发射机的重要组成部分,其热设计已成为发射机可靠性水平的重要标志之一。本文介绍了一种输出功率在工作频带内达2kW的液冷功放组件,对其电讯设计、电磁兼容及热设计都做了详细的阐述。该组件已运用于某型号雷达中。

Abstract: | Power module is an important part of the solid-state radar transmitter,its heat design has become an important sign of the transmitter reliability.In this paper,a liquid cooling power module is presented which could get to 2kW output power in its operation band;and the designs such as telecommunication,EMC,heat dissipation are all expatiated particularly.The power module has been used in a radar model. |
