金子山隧道穿越F2富水断层带的帷幕注浆综合施工技术探讨

摘    要:宜万铁路地处云贵高原区与长江中下游平原区的结合部,线路沿线地形复杂,其正线桥隧占线路总长的74%,其中70%的隧道穿越碳酸盐岩岩溶地层,隧道穿越岩溶区施工中存在隧道塌方、突泥、突水等高风险,是典型岩溶隧道灾害区。以宜万铁路金子山隧道为依托工程,详细介绍了金子山隧道穿越岩溶富水F2断层的帷幕注浆施工方案,探讨了金子山隧道帷幕注浆的施工组织、机械设备和人员的配备和施工安全保障。宜万铁路金子山隧道穿越长100 m岩溶富水断层的帷幕注浆施工为同类工程的施工提供了必要的技术资料和经验借鉴。

Abstract:Yichang-Wanzhou Railroad is situates in the middle of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau area and Yangtze River area.The land comfiguration in this area is very complex.In the main line of the railroad,the total length of the bridges and tunnels occupies 74%,in which the tunnels passing through the karst area with carbonate occupy 70%,Where there exist the risks of landslide,mud bubbling and water bubbling.So it is a typical disaster area of the karst tunnel.Taking Jinzishan Tunnel of Yichang-Wanzhou Railroad as exampl...
