SRD高效开关磁阻电动机在油田的应用

在分析现有电机使用状况的基础上 ,介绍了一种新型高效开关磁阻电动机的工作原理、结构组成、主要技术指标、功能特点以及在油田生产中的应用情况等 ,论述了该电机在孤东油田试验应用的节能效果。现场应用结果表明 ,该新型电机性能优越 ,运行安全可靠 ,它能较好地解决抽油机电机运行效率低的问题 ,提高了抽油机系统电能的综合利用率 ,具有良好地推广应用价值。

Application of SRD High-efficiency Switch Magnetism and Resistance Motor in Oilfield

On the base of analysising present situation of available motor is using, this article introduces a new motor of high efficiency switch magnetism and resistance, describes the motor principal and structure and technology parameter and function and application in oilfield production, describes saving-energy effect that the motor test and application in gudong oilfield. On the spot application result proves that the new motor technology parameter and safe parameter is very good , it can get the best scheme to solve the problem that the oil pumping motor weak, increasing comprehensive utilization efficiency of electric power of oil pumping well system, and having the better value of extend application in oilfield.
