| 摘 要： | 在多媒体系统中，视频的捕获以及处理技术是其非常重要的一个组成部分。主要介绍在Delphi应用程序中利用VFW和简易摄像头实现图像采集和处理，实现了视频流的捕获和单帧数据的捕获，并可进行存储。
