摘    要:通过分析汽油中硫的分布及脱硫工艺技术原理。模拟提升管—流化床催化裂化装置反应过程,对流化床操作条件(剂油比、反应温度、空速)和不同的汽油馏程进行了考察,说明了在催化裂化条件下的降硫效果,为催化剂在降低汽油硫含量方面的应用提供了依据。

Abstract:By analysis of sulfur distribution in gasoline and principle of desulfurization process technology,the reaction process of Riser--Fluid bed Catalytic Cracking Unit is simulated,fluid bed operation condition(catalyst/oil ratio,reaction temperature,space velocity)and different gasoline distillation range are investigated,sulfur reduction effect under catalytic cracking condition is explained,and basis is provided for application of catalyst in reduction of sulfur content in crude oil.
