| 摘 要： | 文中分析了SUS304不锈钢的焊接特性及其与普通碳钢的性能差异.阐述了SUS304不锈钢储罐焊接施工过程中变形的诸多影响因素、控制措施及控制效果.并针对储罐的底板、壁板、顶板等关键部位的焊接提出了具体的变形控制措施,收到了较好的控制效果.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the welding property of SUS304 and its property difference with normal carbon steel.It expounded several influencing factors,control measures and control results of deformation during welding of storage tank.Detailed deformation control measures are proposed for welding of the key positions of storage tank,such as base plate,wall plate and top plate and good control result is obtained. |
