| 摘 要： | E-05为浮头式换热器,管程介质为急冷油、壳程介质为工业水.实际运行中发现管束泄漏严重,高达38％,文中采用微观检测分析方法,找出换热管束泄漏的原因,结合工艺操作条件制定了行之有效的防腐蚀措施.

| Abstract: | E-05 is a floating head heat exchanger,its tube side medium is quenching oil,and shell side medium is industrial water.During actual operation,it was found that the tube bundle has severe leakage,up to 38%.The microcosmic detection analysis method is used in this paper,the cause for leakage of heat exchanging tube bundle is found,and effective corrosion prevention measure is established based on process operation condition. |
