| 摘 要： | 2011年2月2日,某石化企业合成气装置废热锅炉炉管发生泄漏事故,导致停产10d,造成较大的经济损失.文中分析了该废热锅炉炉管发生泄漏的原因,并提出了应对相应的改进措施,对国内同类装置具有一定的借鉴价值.

| Abstract: | In Feb.2 of 2011,the waste heat boiler tube of the syngas plant of a petrochemical company leaked,which resulted in production stop for 10 days and a big economical loss.This paper made analysis to the cause for the leakage and proposed relevant improvement measures which will have a certain reference value for similar plants of China. |
