数字集成电路设计教学方法研究与探索

摘    要:数字集成电路设计课程是集成电路设计方向的一门较为重要的专业课,课程的特点是理论性和实践性非常强,注重培养学生的创新能力及综合能力。但是,目前课程的开展存在诸多问题(如教学方法单一,验证性实验内容相对简单,实验课程考核机制单一等),因此教学方法亟须改进。针对课程中面临的诸多问题,本文立足于教学模式、教学内容以及考核方式三个方面进行改革与探索,提出采用线上线下混合式教学方式,致力于提高学生的主观能动性,让学生的学习由被动变得更为主动,切实提高学生的创新能力。

Research and exploration on teaching methods of digital integrated circuit design under the background of new engineering
Abstract:The course of Digital Integrated Circuit Design is one of the core professional courses in the direction of integrated circuit design, and its importance is particularly prominent. The most important feature of this course is that it is very theoretical and practical, and it focuses on cultivating students'' innovative and comprehensive abilities. However, there are many problems in the current curriculum development (such as single teaching method, more confirmatory experiment courses, etc.), hence the teaching method must be reformed. This article conducts research from three aspects: teaching mode, teaching content and assessment method. The proposed online and offline hybrid teaching methods are used to improve students'' enthusiasm, subjective initiative and cultivate students'' innovative ability
