摘    要:固载杂多酸 P W12/ Si O2 对苯二甲酸与异辛醇的酯 化反应具有较高的催化活 性, 实验结果表明:在催化剂用量占对苯二甲酸重量4 .0 % ,反应温度210 ~230 ℃,醇酸比为4 .0 :1 的条件下,反应7 .0 h ,对苯二甲酸的转化率达到99 % 以上。固载杂多酸催化剂在应用中易于分离,回收率高,在产 品中的残留低,产品对苯二甲酸二辛酯的酸值低、稳定性好,颜色较浅,克服了硫酸催化剂和钛酸丁酯催化剂的缺点,产品质量明显优于硫酸催化合成的产品,催化剂性能稳定,可重复使用15 次以上,催化剂成本低,解决了杂多酸催化剂工业化成本高的问题

Abstract:Supported heteropoly acid catalyst PW 12 /SiO 2 has high catalytic activity for the synthesis DOTP from p -terephthalic acid and isooctanol. The experiment result shows that at 210~230℃; in the ratio 4.0:1(mol) of alcohol to acid; and in the ratio 4:100 of catalyst weight to p -phthalic acid weight; and 7 h reaction, a yield of over 99% can be achieved. Supported heteropoly acid calalyst can be separated easily with a high recovery rate in the application, and with a low residue in the product. The product DOTP has a low acid value, good staility, colour lighter and its quanlity superior to the product by sulpuric acid catalyst. Thus the disadvantage brought about by sulphuric acid and tetrabutyl titanate as the catalyst has been avoided. The heteropoly acid catalyst has a stable performance and can be repeatedly used over 15 times, low cost of it solves the problem of high cost of heteropoly acid catalyst industrialization.
