| 摘 要： | 通过对桂林龙脊平安寨农业文化遗产地社区居民对旅游开发感知的测量,应用模糊综合评价法从社区居民的视角对农业文化遗产地旅游影响进行了综合评价。结果表明,遗产地居民对旅游开发总体上持肯定态度,但是环境污染、文化重构、权利缺位、收益分配不合理等问题严重制约遗产地社区旅游发展。认定遗产地居民文化权、制定社区环境保护规章制度、赋予居民参与旅游开发决策权等是解决问题的关键。

| Abstract: | Residents perception of tourism development in the agricultural heritage community is investigated at Ping′an Village of Guilin.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the tourism impact on the agricultural heritage community.The residents in the agricultural heritage community believe that the heritage tourism development is positive.The environmental pullution,cultural reconstruction,the legal rights and income distribution seriously restricted the heritage community tourism development.Based on case analysis,some suggestions are proposed to recognize the residents rights of heritage,develop environmental protection regulations,and encourage residents to participate in tourism development decision-making. |
