浙江省杭州市：创新质量保证考核体系 探索绿化管养“杭州模式”

近年来,浙江省杭州市园林绿化发展迅速,截至2008年底,杭州城区绿地面积共计127.99平方公里,城区绿地率为35.58%,绿化覆盖率达到38.9%,处于全国同类城市先进水平。杭州市城市园林绿化管理部门坚持“种养并重、管养并抓”的原则,创新园林绿化养护管理机制,努力尝试、探索养护管理新思路、新做法，逐步形成了一套完整的园林绿化养护监管考核体系，从而使城区绿化养护质量水平有了飞跃的发展，城区绿化景观面貌逐年提升，并从杭州城区绿化养护管理的实际出发，摸索出一套不断提高城市绿化养护管理水平的“杭州模式”。
