摘    要:以形状相对简单的单工序锻件为研究对象 ,基于刚粘塑性有限元的基本理论 ,以同时获得净形或近净形锻造和尽可能均匀的变形的最终成形件为优化设计目标 ,采用传统的黄金分割法 ,采用加权和的方式 ,对单工序锻件的毛坯形状多目标优化设计进行了研究 .并以一轴对称锻件为例进行了毛坯形状的多目标优化设计 ,取得了满意的效果 .

Abstract:The research on the multi-objective function,including the shape and the deform uniformity of the forging is carried out based on the rigid visco-plastic FEM. During the research,the single-process forging,which has relatively simple shape,is used as the optimal objective. The golden section method is used as the optimal iteration method. The expression of total objective function and the sub-functions are given. The aspect ratio of the billet is described as the optimal design variable. Using the above method,the shape of the billet of an axisymmetric forging is optimized. The change of the objective function and the design variable during the optimization process is obtained. The comparison of the deform uniformity of the forging before and after optimization is carried out. It can be seen from the comparison that,the optimization result is satisfactory.
