摘    要:汽车前照灯矩形反光镜是典型的非轴对称曲面深杯件,本文采用计算机仿真技术分析了其成形过程,并分别对毛坯形状,凹模圆角,压力力等工艺参数进行了优化设计,使成形质量大大提高。

Abstract:The rectangular reflector of front lighter on trucks is typical deep drawn pieces with nonaxisymmetric curving shape. The deformation of such part is analyzed in this paper.The blank shape, die radius and blank holder force are optimized by finite element simulation,and the forming quality of the part is improved greatly.
