| 摘 要： | 英国城市特有的肌理是长时间自然形成的,结合城市中心区更新引入购物中心融入现代生活,需要充分考虑固有的城市肌理带来的制约,本文以谢菲尔德城奥查德广场为案例对英国城市购物中心发展中的社会生活、城市肌理延续和延伸、旧建筑更新改造等层面的问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The texture of UK city center is formed for a long time. Combined with the renewal for city center, the restriction caused by city texture should be considered. Three aspects, extension and sympathetic to existing urban fabric, grain, and scale, old building refurbishment as well as revitalization of urban life are discussed in this essay with case study of Orchard Square, a successful developments in Sheffield central shopping area. |
