基于单神经元的智能流量控制系统

摘    要:针对废水处理汽提塔的液位控制要求,采用“组态王”为监控软件,用可编程序控制器OMRONC 200H(PLC)作为下位机的控制(IPC+PLC系统)方案,将单神经元和专家系统相结合的智能PI调节方法应用于可编程控制器,控制变频器化工泵进行流量调节。应用表明:智能型PI变频器流量控制方案先进,精度较高、节能、运行成本低、在过程控制中具有较大应用价值。

Abstract:In accordance with flow control requirement in the waste water treatment of the vaporization tower,the scheme to develop the control system(IPC+PLC),using "KingView" as supervisory software and OMRON C200H as field controller is put forward,the method combining single neural cell and expert system algorithm in PLC was proposed in this paper,which used to control inverter and chemical pump by intelligent flow regulation algorithm.The results of application show that control scheme is advanced and precision is higher.The system has more significance in process control application with it~(,)s energy-saving and low cost operation function.
