类纤维对油井水泥作用机理的实验研究

摘    要:为了改善普通油井水泥物理力学性能的均衡性,提高普通油井水泥抗拉伸破坏的能力,研制了类纤维水泥。利用室内实验系统研究了类纤维改善水泥石抗折强度、抗冲击韧性和胶结强度的机理,并进行了验证。结果表明类纤维水泥较普通油井水泥,其抵抗拉伸破坏的能力显著提高,原因在于类纤维水泥中的活性物质与水泥水化过程中的水化产物耦合反应,在水泥基体中生成了类纤维物质,该物质的生成和合理分布显著改善了普通油井水泥物理力学性能的均衡性.提高了水泥石抵抗拉伸破坏的能力。

Abstract:In order to improve the stretching performance of the general oil well cement, the similar fibre oil well cement was developed. The experiment to study the mechanism that the similar fiber improve the folding strength, the impacting toughness and the cementing strength of cement stone was done, and the experiment similar to practice was done also. The results show the stretching capability of the similar fibre oil well cement is better than the general oil well cement. The test proved that the similar fiber was produced by the coupling reaction between active material and cement water ization in the course of cement water ization, and it's production and well distribution in the cement parent material improve the stretching performance notably.
