摘    要:纳米羟基磷灰石是自然骨的主要组分之一,具有良好的生物相容性和生物活性,被广泛应用于骨组织的修复与替代材料。但是,由于材料本身力学性能较差制约了羟基磷灰石的进一步应用,且自然骨是由纳米羟基磷灰石和聚合物组成的天然复合材料,因此制备综合性能优越的羟基磷灰石/聚合物复合生物材料是当今研究的热点。综述了羟基磷灰石/聚合物复合生物材料的制备方法,并对其发展趋势进行了简单探讨。

Abstract:Hydroxyapatite is one major component of the natural bone and has been widely used as reconstructive and prosthetic material for osseous tissue,owing to its excellent biocompatibility and tissue bioactivity.But the poor mechanical property of hydroxyapatite restricts its further application,and the natural bone is natural biomaterial which is composed of nano-hydroxyapafite and polymer,so many researches were dedicated to the synthesization of nano-hydroxyapatite/polymer composite biomaterials.The latest progress in preparation of nano-hydroxyapatite/polymer composite biomaterials were reviewed.The directions in this research were described as well.
