建筑业转型升级与高质量发展的协同性研究

摘    要:以近年来陕西省建筑业发展指标为基础,选取指标构建建筑业转型升级子系统和建筑业高质量发展子系统,对各个子系统的序参量指标体系进行数据包络分析( DEA),计算得出系统的效率值,并由效率值综合得出复合系统的协同程度。结果显示,近些年来建筑业转型升级与高质量发展的整体协同程度较高,但还须合理完善相关制度并加大财政支持,才能保证建筑业的快速可持续发展。

Abstract:Based on the development indicators for the construction industry in Shaanxi Province in recent years, the indicators areselected to establish the transformation and upgrading subsystem and high-quality development subsystem of the constructionindustry. Then, the data envelopment analysis( DEA) method is performed to analyze the order parameter index system of eachsubsystem. The efficiency value of the system is obtained, and the final synergy degree of the composite system is obtained by thecomprehensive efficiency value. The results show that the overall degree of synergy between the transformation and upgrading of theconstruction industry and its high-quality development in recent years is relatively high, but it is necessary to rationally improverelevant systems and increase financial support to ensure the rapid and sustainable development of the construction industry.
