基于 FCE 的建筑企业精益建造实施效果评价

:建筑企业内精益建造实施的效益评价问题是实现建筑企业快速发展的重要措施之一，为建筑企业管理者精准制定企业发展战略提供理论依据。从目标达成、精益工具及技术、浪费控制、精益氛围4 个维度构建了建筑企业精益建造实施效果评价指标体系，在考虑指标间相互影响和关联的基础上，运用网络分析法（ANP）和熵权法（EWM）相结合的组合赋权法确定各指标重要程度，结合模糊综合评价法（FCE）建立了建筑企业精益建造实施效果评价模型。并以中建某公司为例对所构建的综合评价模型进行验证，为建筑企业精益建造实施效果的评价提供借鉴。

The Lean Construction Performance Assessment of ConstructionEnterprises Based on FCE

The benefit evaluation for lean construction implementation in construction enterprises is one of the important measuresto realize the rapid development of construction enterprises，which provides theoretical basis for the managers of constructionenterprises to accurately formulate enterprise development strategies. This paper constructs an index system for evaluating theperformance of lean construction implementation in construction enterprises from four dimensions, including goal achievement，leantools and techniques，waste control，and lean atmosphere. The weight of each indicator is determined by combining analytic networkprocess（ANP）and the entropy weight method（EWM），with consideration given to the correlation among indicators. Combined withthe fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method（FCE），the evaluation model of lean construction performance for constructionenterprises is established. Finally，the comprehensive evaluation model is verified by taking a company of China ConstructionCorporation as an example to provide a reference for evaluating the implementation performance of lean construction in constructionenterprises.
