| 摘 要： | 在国家大力推进全过程工程咨询服务及建筑行业信息化转型的背景下，针对目前工程咨询行业存在的问题，从工程咨询行业发展需求的角度提出将“全过程工程咨询服务”与“数字化”结合作为有效应对策略，构建了全过程工程咨询服务数字化转型的“目标—实施”路径，并从组织结构设计、标准体系构建、基础建设、需求引导、法规制度完善等方面提出了全过程工程咨询服务数字化转型工作的先导要点。

| Abstract: | China is vigorously promoting the whole process of engineering consulting services（ WPECS） and the digitizedtransformation of the construction industry. For the problems existing in the current engineering consulting industry， the combinationof WPECS and digitization is proposed as an effective response strategy from the perspective of the development needs of theengineering consulting industry. This paper proposes the "Objective-Implementation" framework diagram of the digitizedtransformation of WPECS， and puts forward the forerunner points for digitization of WPECS, such as organization structure design，standard system construction， infrastructure construction， related laws and regulations improvement. |
