摘    要:BIM 技术在装配式建筑项目的能耗计算和优化过程具有降低建筑行业能源消耗水平的潜力。基于能耗分析的目标和系统范围,制定预制构件生产阶段的能耗清单和计算公式;对预制构件生产阶段的能耗清单进行基于 IFC 标准的扩展表达,将扩展后的能耗清单关联到装配式建筑项目的 BIM 模型中。并以南京某项目的预制柱为例,验证了 BIM 技术有利于计算工厂生产预制构件的能耗水平并实现能耗优化。

Abstract:Calculation and optimization of energy consumption of prefabricated buildings using Building Information Modeling( BIM) has the potentials of reducing the level of energy consumption in construction industry. Based on the objectives and systemscope of the energy consumption analysis, this study developed the energy consumption list and calculation formula of productionstage of prefabricated components. Then, an extended expression for the energy consumption list in the production stage ofprefabricated components anchoring on the Industry Foundation Classes( IFC) was performed, and the extended energy consumptionlist was applied in the BIM model of the assembly building project. Taking all the prefabricated columns on the second floor of the6# building of a project in Nanjing as an example, the detailed lists of the material requirements and the energy consumption wereexported from the BIM model using the energy consumption analysis method above. In conclusion, by analyzing the total energyconsumption in the prefabricated columns’ production stage of the building, the results showed that BIM technology is beneficial tocalculate the energy consumption level of factory-produced prefabricated components and achieve energy consumption optimization.
