路桥施工企业智能建造能力评价研究

摘    要:智能建造作为一种信息化与工程建造过程高度融合的新型建造方式,已成为施工企业智能化转型的必要工具。针对路桥施工企业智能化发展现状,结合新基建对施工企业智能建造能力的新要求,构建了包含 5 个维度的路桥施工企业智能建造能力评价指标体系。应用 COWA 及 G1 赋权法,结合 TOPSIS 方法建立路桥施工企业智能建造能力评价模型。将评价体系应用于广东省某智慧高速项目,对 4 家路桥施工企业智能建造能力进行评级,结果显示: A 与 C 企业属中等等级, D 属较差等级,而 B 属差等级。评价体系的应用为路桥施工企业在智能建造领域发展的侧重点及战略方向提供参考。

Abstract:Intelligent construction, as a new construction method highly integrated with information technology and engineeringconstruction process, has become a necessary tool for the intelligent transformation of construction enterprises. In view of the currentsituation of intelligent development in road and bridge construction enterprises, combined with the new requirements of newinfrastructure for the intelligent construction capacity of construction enterprises, the evaluation index system of intelligentconstruction capacity for road and bridge construction enterprises including five dimensions is constructed. Based on COWA and G1weighting method and TOPSIS method, the intelligent construction capacity evaluation model of road and bridge constructionenterprises is established. The evaluation system is applied to a smart highway project in Guangdong Province, and the intelligentconstruction ability grade of four road and bridge construction enterprises is determined. The results show that A and C belong tomedium grade, D belongs to poor grade, and B belongs to the poorest grade. The application of evaluation system provides referencefor the development emphasis and strategic direction of road and bridge construction enterprises in the field of intelligentconstruction.
