森吉米尔轧机制动时主传动整流器过流故障分析

摘    要:武钢有限硅钢部某20辊森吉米尔轧机在2016年HiB化改造后,高速轧制断带后机组制动停车过程中,易发生主传动系统整流器交流侧过电流故障。文中介绍了该机组主传动系统组成及轧机断带制动停机控制策略,从能量可回馈型整流器原理入手,通过对制动过程易发生过电流原因分析,找到了故障产生的原因并加以解决。

Abstract:A 20 high Sendzimir mill in Silicon Steel Department of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was retrofitted with Hib Technology In 2016.After that the overcurrent fault of the Sendzimir mill's main drive rectifier occasionally happened in the steel break braking process after high speed rolling.  The structure of the mill's main drive system and the control strategy for steel break braking were introduced in this paper. With the principle of energy feedback rectifier, the cause of overcurrent in the braking process was analyzed and solved eventually.
