摘    要:以电动静液作动器系统为研究对象,建立系统数学模型;针对油液弹性模量摄动设计基于H混合灵敏度控制器;利用MATLAB/Simulink与AMESim仿真平台,搭建船舶阀门电动静液作动系统联合仿真模型。针对电动静液作动器应用于驱动船舶中线型蝶阀实际应用背景,计算中线型蝶阀不同开度下启闭总阻力矩,并拟合为连续曲线作为系统负载特性,并对控制器算法的位置跟踪性能进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,所设计的基于混合灵敏度H控制器位置跟踪性能显著优于PID控制器,对外部干扰有较强的鲁棒性。

Abstract:Taking the electro-hydrostatic actuator system as the research object, a mathematical model of the system is established. Then, a H mixed sensitivity controller is designed for oil elastic modulus perturbation. Finally, using MATLAB/Simulink and AMESim simulation platform to build a co-simulation model of the electro-hydrostatic actuation system of marine valves, according to the practical application background of electro-hydrostatic actuators used to drive mid-line butterfly valves in ships, calculate the different openings of mid-line butterfly valves. The total resistance torque of opening and closing under the degree of rotation is obtained, and it is fitted as a continuous curve as the system load force, and the position tracking performance of the controller algorithm is simulated and verified. The simulation results show that the position tracking performance of the designed controller based on H mixed sensitivity is significantly better than that of the PID controller, and it has strong robustness to external disturbances.
