基于 DEMATEL-ISM 的全过程工程咨询服务计费模式影响因素研究

摘    要:全过程工程咨询服务在中国是一种新兴的咨询服务模式,研究其计费模式影响因素及各因素之间的关系,有助于全过程工程咨询服务的发展。经分析得出 31 个计费模式影响因素,在此基础上提出了基于 DEMATEL-ISM 的全过程工程咨询服务影响因素分析模型,发现了影响计费模式因素间的作用关系及路径。结果表明,承接方全咨项目经历、项目投资额大小、项目生命周期各阶段独立关系、项目所属行业、招标方式为关键影响因素。研究成果为全过程工程咨询服务计费模式选择及发展提供参考依据。

Abstract:Whole process engineering consulting service is a newly introduced consulting service mode in China. By studying theinfluencing factors of its billing model and the relationships among the influencing factors, it helps the development of whole processengineering consulting service. In this paper, 31 influencing factors of the billing mode are analyzed. First, the DEMATEL-ISMinfluencing factor analysis model is constructed, and the relationships and paths among the factors influencing the billing mode areidentified. The result factors, cause factors, key factors, root factors and direct factors of the whole process engineering consultingbilling model are highlighted. The results provide a reference for the selection and development of the billing mode of whole processengineering consulting service.
