基于模糊集对分析法的建筑业高质量发展评价研究——以山东省为例

摘    要:从“五大发展理念” 出发,考虑建筑业经济稳定性,建立包含 6 个维度的建筑业高质量发展评价体系。采用熵权法计算指标权重,引入模糊集对分析理论构建建筑业高质量发展定量评价模型。对山东省 2010~2020 年建筑业展开研究,结果表明, 2010~2015 年为第Ⅲ(一般)质量发展阶段, 2016~2017 年为第Ⅱ (良) 质量发展阶段, 2018~2020 年为第Ⅰ(优)质量发展阶段,且有较强的改善趋势, 并提出进一步推动建筑业高质量发展的建议。

Abstract:Based on the "Five Concepts for Development", this paper establishes a construction industry high-qualitydevelopment evaluation system which contains six dimensions considering the economic stability of the construction industry . Aquantitative evaluation model for the high-quality development of the construction industry is established using entropy weightmethod, which calculates index weight and the theory of fuzzy set pair analysis. This research studies the development of theconstruction industry in Shandong province from 2010 to 2020. The results show that the period of 2010~2015 is the stage of ⅲ( general) quality development, the period of 2016~2017 is the stage of ⅱ( good) quality development, and the period of2018~2020 is the stage of ⅰ( excellent) quality development with a strong improvement trend. Finally, some suggestions are putforward to further promote the high-quality development of the construction industry.
