工程招投标合谋关系网络动态结构及其演化研究

摘    要:为揭示合谋主体间关系在关联工程招投标中的动态变化规律,运用社会网络理论研究工程招投标合谋关系网络的结构与特征,从不同时期的整体网络和网络节点的变化趋势挖掘关联工程招投标合谋关系的动态变化趋向;运用随机行动者模型演化其合谋关系网络的动态变化过程,识别出影响合谋关系网络发展的关键要素。研究表明:随着关联工程合谋主体数的增加,工程招投标合谋关系网络更稀疏,核心节点的中心程度减弱,对网络的控制能力也相对降低;且传递性三元组和互惠性会对合谋关系网络的发展趋向有着显著的促进作用。

Abstract:In order to reveal the regular pattern of dynamic changesin collusive inter-subject relationship in bidding of associatedprojects,the social network theory was used to study the structure and characteristics of the collusion relationship network of projectbidding. The dynamic change tendency of associated project bidding collusive relationship was explored from the overall network indifferent periods and the trends of nodes. The dynamic change process of its collusion relationship network was evolved by using theStochastic Actor-oriented Model. The key elements affecting the development of collusion relationship network were identified.Research showed that as the number of associated engineering collusion subjects increases,the collusion relationship network ofproject bidding became sparser,the central degree of core nodes diminished,and the control ability of the network was relativelyreduced. Moreover,transmissibility triad and reciprocity played a significant role in promoting the development tendency of thecollusion network.
