支架安装车保压夹具系统设计分析

摘    要:针对核岛内支架安装车夹持支架焊接安装时易发生掉落的现象,设计一种能够适应不同支架截面尺寸且有效保持夹持力的保压夹具系统。通过分析夹具系统结构组成和工作过程,建立夹持系统键合图模型和动力学方程,基于AMESim仿真分析支架夹持过程中油缸泄漏工况下系统工作特性,并在样机上搭建试验平台进行测试。结果表明:由于负载敏感系统的压力流量自适应作用,变量泵输出流量稳定,活动夹勾转动平稳;夹具夹持支架焊接过程中,蓄能器能及时补充系统泄漏的油液,保持工件夹持力在安全值之上,且当油缸夹持压力低于安全值时,高压待命的变量泵可及时为蓄能器充液;所建动力学模型仿真结果与试验数据吻合较好,为进一步优化保压夹具系统提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the phenomenon that the clamping bracket of bracket installation vehicle in the nuclear island is easy to fall off during welding, a pressure retaining fixture system which can adapt to different support cross-section dimensions and effectively maintain the clamping force is designed. By analyzing the structure and working process of the fixture system, the bond graph model and dynamic equation of the system are established. The working characteristics of the system under the working conditions of cylinder leakage during the clamping process of the bracket are simulated and analyzed based on AMESim, and the test platform is built on the developed prototype for testing. The results show that the pressure and flow adaptive function of the load sensing system can stabilize the output flow of the variable displacement pump and the rotation of movable hook. In the welding process of clamp bracket, the accumulator can timely replenish the oil leakage of the system, keep the clamping force of the workpiece above the safety value, and when the clamping pressure of the cylinder is lower than the safety value, the high-pressure standby plunger pump can fill the accumulator in time. The simulation results of the dynamic model are in good agreement with the experimental results, which provides a reference for further optimizing the hydraulic system of the pressure retaining fixture.
