摘    要:提出了一种适用于航空发动机控制的气压自适应伺服活门结构。基于该结构的工作原理建立了数学模型,利用AMESim进行了仿真分析,得出了该结构的气压自适应伺服特性,对弹簧刚度、杠杆比、真空膜盒有效面积等关键设计参数的影响和选取进行分析研究。结果表明,基于真空膜盒构建的伺服活门结构可以实现气压自适应控制,该结构具有控制线性好、气压跟随好等特点,并成功应用于某型活塞位置控制系统。通过合理选取杠杆比参数可以获取不同的控制特性,在航空发动机控制领域有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:An air pressure adaptive servo valve based on the vacuum diaphragm capsule is proposed for the purpose of aero-engine control. The mathematical model is built based on the valve working principle and structure. The pressure adaptive characteristic is simulated by using the AMESim software. In order to gain the better servo characteristic, the spring stiffness, lever ratio and capsule effective area are analyzed and optimized. The results show that the air pressure servo valve could achieve the air pressure adaptive control and has higher linearity. It had been applied to a piston position control system successfully. By choosing the different lever ratio, the air pressure servo valve could obtain different control characteristic, which has a good application future in the aero-engine control field.
