挖掘机多路阀回转联阀口流场仿真分析

摘    要:针对挖掘机多路阀回转联阀口部位采用CFD仿真的方法对阀口流道进行数值模拟。在Fluent软件中采用基于压力基求解模型、绝对速度公式方法和Realizable κ-ε湍流模型对多路阀回转联阀口流场进行稳态数值模拟,分析不同阀口开度、入口速度和出口负载下的速度和压力仿真云图,得到具体影响效果,并进行了相关的试验。结果表明:阀口开度的改变会显著影响阀口处流体的速度场和压力场的分布,阀口对流体具有节流作用,阀口开度越小节流作用越大;入口速度的变化对流体的速度场和压力场的分布影响不大,但是会明显影响流体的速度, 而对于压力大小的影响较弱;在 Fluent 仿真软件中,当设定边界条件为速度入口和压力出口时,对于出口压力,只改变压力的大小,对压力场分布基本不产生影响,最后通过试验验证了仿真的正确性。

Abstract:CFD simulation method is used to simulate the flow channel of the swing of excavator multi-way valve. In Fluent software, based on the pressure base solution model, absolute velocity formula method and Realizable κ-ε turbulence model, the steady-state numerical simulation of multi-channel valve rotary union valve port flow field is carried out, and the velocity and pressure simulation cloud map under different valve port opening, inlet velocity and outlet load were analyzed, and the specific effect is obtained, and related experiments were carried out.The results show that: the change of valve opening will significantly affect the distribution of velocity and pressure field of the fluid at the valve opening, and the valve opening has a throttling effect on the fluid, the smaller the valve opening the greater the throttling effect. The change of inlet velocity has little effect on the distribution of velocity and pressure fields of the fluid, but it will significantly affect the velocity of the fluid, while the effect on the pressure magnitude is weak. In Fluent simulation software, when the boundary conditions are set for velocity inlet and pressure outlet, for the outlet pressure, only the pressure magnitude is changed, and the pressure field distribution is basically not affected, and finally the correctness of the simulation is proved by the side of the experiment.
