| Abstract: | Scientifically determining the actual contribution of each participating enterprise to optimizing the construction projectscan make decision-makers reasonable in determining the benefit distribution. The factors affecting the contribution of participatingenterprises are determined by literature analysis. Moreover, they are divided into direct and indirect factors. Principal componentanalysis (PCA) and TOPSIS method based on weighted generalized Mahalanobis distance are used to construct the evaluation modelto assess the contribution degree of participating enterprises in construction projects. The rationality of the model is verified bytaking the design enterprise and construction enterprise as the main research objects. The evaluation results obtained from theproposed model are in line with the actual situation of general projects. This study can be used as the theoretical support for thebenefit distribution. |
