摘    要:科学确定各参与企业对建筑项目优化的实际贡献程度,可使决策者在确定利益分配方案时有理可依.通过文献分析法找出所有影响参与企业贡献度的因素,将其分为直接和间接两种类型,运用主成分分析法(PCA)和基于加权广义马氏距离改进的TOPSIS法构建建筑项目参与企业贡献度评价模型,并以设计企业和施工企业作为主要研究对象,以实际项目案...

Abstract:Scientifically determining the actual contribution of each participating enterprise to optimizing the construction projectscan make decision-makers reasonable in determining the benefit distribution. The factors affecting the contribution of participatingenterprises are determined by literature analysis. Moreover, they are divided into direct and indirect factors. Principal componentanalysis (PCA) and TOPSIS method based on weighted generalized Mahalanobis distance are used to construct the evaluation modelto assess the contribution degree of participating enterprises in construction projects. The rationality of the model is verified bytaking the design enterprise and construction enterprise as the main research objects. The evaluation results obtained from theproposed model are in line with the actual situation of general projects. This study can be used as the theoretical support for thebenefit distribution.
