基于 Fuzzy-ISM 方法的装配式建筑成本弹性因素分析

摘    要:装配式建筑是未来建筑业的发展趋势,目前装配式建筑成本仍远高于传统现浇建筑,阻碍着装配式建筑的发展。通过文献研究梳理出装配式建筑成本影响因素,将经济学中“弹性” 概念引入成本管理,明确弹性因素定义与判别标准, 并采用调查问卷的方式筛选得出 16 项成本弹性因素,引入模糊数学理论,建立 Fuzzy-ISM 模型对成本弹性因素进行层级化划分,运用 MICMAC 研究装配式建筑成本弹性因素的依赖性与驱动性,为有效缩减装配式建筑成本提出相应建议。

Abstract:The development of prefabricated buildings is a future trend of the construction industry. However, the cost ofprefabricated buildings is still much higher than that of traditional cast-in-situ buildings, which hinders the development ofprefabricated buildings. Through literature review, this study sorts out the factors influencing the cost of prefabricated buildings.Then this research introduces the concept of "elasticity" in economics into cost management, defines and identifies the elasticityfactors and uses a questionnaire to filter out 16 cost elasticity factors. The fuzzy mathematical theory is used to establish a fuzzyexplanatory structure model for the hierarchical classification of cost elasticity factors. . MICMAC is applied to study thedependencies and drivers of the cost elasticity factors of prefabricated buildings to make recommendations for effective costreduction of prefabricated buildings.
