摘    要:针对当前常规海洋自升式钻井平台钻井作业采用间歇起下钻方式存在的起下钻作业时间长、井下复杂情况多等缺点,提出了一种全新概念海洋自升式钻井平台的连续起下钻钻机,完成了连续起下钻作业流程确定、立根长度确定、连续起下钻系统、排管机、集成控制系统等关键技术和设备设计。该钻机配套常规顶驱,通过采用新增连续起下钻系统设备,改进排管机和集成控制系统的方式实现连续起下钻作业,实现在高位进行钻柱提放、管具上卸扣、钻井液收集等功能,最大起下钻速度可达2 160 m/h,与现有钻机相比,能够大幅提高钻井作业效率,降低井下压力波动,技术跨度相对较小,具有较好的可应用实施性。

A novel continuous tripping offshore rig and its key equipment

Abstract:Given the disadvantages of the intermittent tripping approach adopted in the current conventional offshore jack-up drilling rig, such as prolonged tripping duration and frequent downhole complex issues, a novel concept of continuous tripping rig was developed for the offshore jack-up drilling platform. The operation workflow of continuous tripping was clarified, the pipe stand length was determined, and the designs of key technologies and equipment, such as the continuous tripping system, pipe racker and integrated control system, were completed. The presented rig is compatible with a conventional top drive and enables continuous tripping, with the help of the extra continuous tripping system, modified pipe racker and integrated control system. It allows for drilling string lifting and lowering, tubular makeup/breakup and drilling fluid collection at higher positions, and the maximum running rate amounts to 2 160 m/h. Compared with available rigs, it can greatly enhance the drilling operation efficiency and reduce the downhole pressure fluctuation. Moreover, it presents a relatively small technical span and thus is of high practicability.
