大型液压作动筒用弹簧改进设计

摘    要:针对大型液压作动筒异响现象,互换性试验表明异响由其内部的弹簧引起。为解决液压作动筒异响问题,对液压作动筒的工作原理以及弹簧在压缩过程的受力进行分析后,提出弹簧改进设计方案。仿真结果及试验验证均表明,在工作过程中,改进后的弹簧稳定性得到明显提高。改进设计有较广的应用,对工程中出现的该类异响现象有一定参考价值。

Abstract:In view of abnormal sound phenomenon of large hydraulic actuator, the interchangeability test shows that the abnormal sound is caused by its internal spring. In order to solve the problem of abnormal sound of hydraulic actuator, the working principle of hydraulic actuator and force of spring in the process of compression are analyzed, and the improved design method of spring is put forward. Simulation and experimental verification show that the stability of the improved spring is improved obviously in working process. The improved design has a wide range of applications, and has a certain reference value for this kind of abnormal sound phenomenon in engineering.
