超压工况主蒸汽阀站先导阀的动态特性研究

摘    要:为保障核电站安全稳定运行,针对核电站关键超压保护设备主蒸汽阀站,研究了其先导阀在不同超压速度下的动态特性,并分析了在先导阀开启过程中响应时间和阀杆瞬态受力的变化趋势。研究表明,增大超压速度会使VS66和NICO先导阀的响应时间降低;当超压速度达到3 MPa/s时,NICO和VS66阀杆的最大受力值均大于其超压速度在0, 1, 2 MPa/s时的最大受力值。

Abstract:In order to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the nuclear power plant, this paper investigates the dynamic characteristics of the pilot valve on the main steam valve set at different over pressure speeds, which is the critical over pressure protection equipment in nuclear power plant, and analyzes the response time and the transient force of valve stem during the opening process of the pilot valve. The results show that increasing over pressure speed can reduce the response time of the VS66 and NICO pilot valves. When the over pressure speed reach 3 MPa/s, the maximum forces of VS66 and NICO pilot valve are both greater than those at 0, 1 and 2 MPa/s.
