梅山2号高炉开炉快速达产实践

摘    要:介绍了梅山2号高炉为实现尽快达产,在设计、施工及开炉准备方面做的探索.主要包括依据铁水温度迅速降低[Si],依据鼓风动能确定进风面积,在未喷吹条件下采用全风温加湿鼓风控制合适理论燃烧温度,迅速增加风量.实现点火后第5天达到设计生产水平,创造了全国同类型高炉达产最快纪录,此后利用系数、风温、煤比等高炉各项技术经济指标迅速优化.同时分析了目前国内高炉开炉一般方案中存在的问题,提出了改进意见,为今后高炉开炉方案进一步优化提供建议.

Abstract:All the research work for rapid reachability of designed capacity of No.2 BF at Meishan Co.,from design,construction to blowing-in,is introduced.It includes rapidly lowering silicon content on the basis of hot metal's temperature;determining incoming air area on the basis of blast energy;adopting full-air temperature operation with humidified blast to obtain suitable flame temperature theoretically under the condition of non-blowing and increasing air volume in a fast way.No.2 BF at Meishan Co.,reached its designed capacity on the 5th day since its ignition,blushing a record of the fastest reachability of designed capacity.Hereafter,No.2 BF's technical and economic indicators,such as productivity,blast temperature,PCI rate,etc.have been optimized rapidly.Some common problems in general BF blowing-in schemes at home are analyzed and suggestions for improvement are given,which will help optimize schemes for BF blowing-in in future.
