| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了河北三河电厂1号锅炉由于改变煤种引起水冷壁和受热面结焦积灰、吹灰次数增加，从而导致受热面磨损加剧，最终引起再热器爆管的情况。重点介绍了再热器爆管的检修处理以及为避免此类故障发生而采取的技术组织措施。

| Abstract: | The causes of the tube break of boiler reheater in Sanhe power plant, Hebei province, are discussed in detail in this paper, which is caused directly by increasing tunes of sootblowing, and indirectly by the changing of the coal and thus the slagging on waterwalls and heating surface getting worse. It also gives repair measures and technical procedures for avoiding such kind of breakdowns later on similar boilers. |
