摘    要:基于虚拟仪器的磨削振动信号测试系统由加速度传感器、信号适调仪、数据采集卡和计算机等组成.该测试系统用于MK9025数控光学曲线磨床,测试常态下的砂轮架和导轨的振动信号.把三组加速度计分别粘贴在砂轮架的前、中、后三个位置,测量砂轮在线加工时的振动加速度信号.导轨上加速度计的搭载位置与砂轮架类似.

Abstract:The measurement system of grinding vibration signal based on virtual instrument is composed of acceleration transducer, sensor signal conditioner, data acquisition card and computer etc. the system is used to MK9025 NC optical contour grinder to measure vibration signal of grinding carriage and guide rail at normal state. 3 suits were respectively fixed in front, middle and back positions of grinding carriage, and the vibration acceleration signal of grinding wheel was tested online during machining.
