摘    要:通过创新图书馆服务意识以及服务观念,分析了在服务观念上要转变长期以收藏为主变以使用为主的重要性,改变重管理轻服务的工作理念,实现"以人为本"的优质服务.

Abstract:This paper deals with the author's innovation in library service awareness and service ideas,and it also analyzes the necessities of the variety in working focus from a wide range of collections of books to the effective usage of books.It is thus suggested that it is essential to change former working ideas of paying special attention to management and ignoring services so as to provide "people-oriented" services.
